Operation Smile Vietnam is part of a global alliance of Operation Smile Foundations and Resource Chapters dedicated to providing free treatment to children and adults suffering from cleft lips and cleft palates. Starting 1/6/12, MegaStar will host Operation Smile Vietnam collection boxes in ALL cinema locations. It will now be easier than ever for our customers and employees to contribute and directly benefit the lives of children in Vietnam. Thanks to MegaStar's caring fans, as of 02/2013 a total of 166,471,800 VND has been raised nationwide.

Toto’s film making class
Toto’s film making class is project is a joint collaboration between MegaStar Cineplex, CJ CGV and CJ Welfare Foundation. Through this program youths can learn how to make films and create own their films just like the hero 'Toto' in the film ‘Cinema Paradiso’. Toto’s film making class is the special nursery education program for tomorrow’s film makers. Toto is a global children’s program that is now functioning in 3 countries: South Korea, China, and Vietnam.

Saigon Children's Charity was founded in 1992 for a specific purpose: to help disadvantaged Vietnamese children to get an education and a fairer start in life.
